Information Required
To provide an accurate SAP Assessment I will require the following information:
DESIGN DER
- Property/Site Address including at least the first part of the Postcode.
- Floor, Elevation and Section plans, and Site plan.
- Construction Details and intended Insulation
- Details of any Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery units
- Intended Boiler manufacturer and Model Number, or proposed minimum efficiency
- Method of Heat delivery and controls
- Glazing type and frame, air gap, low E, argon etc.
- Number of low ballasted lamp fittings
- Any Solar, Photovoltaic, Micro CHP units
- Floor, Elevation and Section plans, and Site plan.
AS BUILT DER
- Notify any changes to the construction details, i.e. insulation, blockwork, glazing etc., Volume of hot water cylinder if applicable.
- Make & Model of the actual boiler installed.
- Air pressure test Certificate
- All new build properties have to be registered with the land registry, therefore the individual property address and postcode must be notified at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays when issuing the AS BUILT Checklist and Energy Performance Certificate
- Make & Model of the actual boiler installed.
On completion an ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE will be issued.
Evidence/Certification to be provided by the Builder or Accredited persons to accompany the SAP Assessment include: Internal/ External lighting schedule, accredited details, evidence of site inspections, commissioning certificate and information provided to the new owner.
